ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES PROVIDED BY SMR RESOURCES LLC INCLUDE:
Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments (ESA’s):
ESA’s conducted on properties ranging from vacant land and residential property to active industrial and commercial facilities. These ESA’s are conducted consistent with ASTM Standards E 1527-05 and E 1527-13, which satisfies the new federal regulations for All Appropriate Inquiry. ESA experience includes both residential and commercial properties (owners and buyers), banking institutions, and commercial real estate brokers.
Phase 2 Site Characterizations:
Conducting characterization projects ranging from simple soil and groundwater investigations to full scale RI/FS studies under the scrutiny of both state and federal regulators. Phase 2 hydrogeologic conditions experienced include simple alluvial aquifers, fracture flow in hard rock, and multiple aquifer systems.
Monitoring Well Design, Development, and Sampling:
Hollow stem auger drilling, air-rotary drilling, mud rotary drilling, reverse circulation drilling, diamond core drilling, and direct push drilling techniques.
